Since its establishment in 1957, TOC has supplied fuel and lubricants to a variety of industries. We are a proud distributor of Petro Canada Lubricants (A Holly Sinclair Company) products, as well as our own private label products we manufacture using the highest quality of additives and base stocks.

TOC understands the importance of industrial sustainability, and strive to help our customers achieve their environmental goals. We have expanded our services offered to support our client’s fluid needs from virgin products to waste disposal. In 2015 we opened our waste treatment operation in Franklin, IN where we can treat industrial waste and reclaim oils. Maintaining a “GREEN” operation is top priority. We pride ourselves in being a ZERO landfill facility, and our ability to offer a 100% recyclable process.
